Brian has spent more than thirty years building and leading businesses, developing executives, and advising CEOs through growth, change, and the moments that test leaders most.
His career has taken him from Accenture to nearly two decades at Point B, where he ultimately served as President and CEO, to his current role leading Ensemble Partners®. Along the way, he has experienced leadership from multiple sides of the table: executive, CEO, advisor, board member, coach, and mentor.

From consultant to CEO to the advisor's chair.
At Point B, Brian held leadership roles across the business before becoming President and CEO, helping grow the company from a regional consultancy into a national firm. Today, as Managing Partner of Ensemble Partners®, he continues to lead while working closely with CEOs and executives through Vistage and his advisory and board roles.
His experience has also shaped what interests him most about leadership: the moments when the job changes. When your words carry more weight. When you have to hand off work you are good at. When confidence becomes a blind spot. Or when doing what is right for the organization is personally difficult.
Brian has lived those transitions himself and helped hundreds of leaders navigate their own. His approach is practical: stay curious, challenge your assumptions, listen carefully, change course when needed, and keep developing the people around you.
